Beaver Dam High School Scholarship Program

Our Philosophy

Scholarships are given to reward and encourage students. To a student graduating from high school, there are many sources of scholarships available: industries and foundations, universities and technical schools, federal grants, military service, and local scholarships. Established to administer these local monetary and honorary awards, the Beaver Dam High School Scholarship Committee consists of the principal, associate principals, career and technical education coordinator, three high school teachers, three school counselors, and five community persons.

One of the major purposes of the Scholarship Committee is to award local scholarships through a fair process to as many different individuals as possible. The Scholarship Committee awards only one scholarship per individual; however, individuals may receive additional scholarships from agencies outside the selection process of the Beaver Dam High School Scholarship Committee.
