Meeting Information

Regular meetings of the Board of Education are held on the third Monday of each month for the months of July through September and November through June, unless otherwise determined by the Board President. The October meeting is held on the fourth Monday to allow for final tax levy and budget preparation. The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and, unless otherwise specified, all meetings are held in the boardroom located at the Educational Service Center, 705 McKinley Street, Beaver Dam, WI.

In accordance with board policy, public comment is welcome during the designated public comment portion of the regular meeting. No later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of the meeting, district residents wishing to address non-agenda matters shall sign in with their name, address, and topic they wish to address. The board will not entertain any public comment or discussion of individuals or matters related to personnel and will generally not discuss or take action on non-agenda items brought by the public at that meeting.
