Work permits are required for any student between the ages of 14 thru 17 that will hold a job. After a minor is hired, they can acquire a work permit at the High School Administrative Office during our office hours of 7am-3:30 pm.
ITEMS NEEDED TO ACQUIRE A WORK PERMIT
1. Birth or Baptismal Certificate
2. Letter from Employer - stating the job you will be doing
3. Letter from parent giving minor permission to work (Parent may sign bottom of Employer letter).
4. Social Security Card (we need to see the card each time you need a work permit)
5. Fee for work permit is $10.00 to be paid at the time of issuance.
Students will need to be present to sign work permit
