Welcome to Prairie View Elementary School!
Cherishing & Challenging Children: that is our focus each day. At Prairie View we understand that each child is special and unique. We cherish these differences in everyone and create a learning environment where we celebrate all our children. The academic success of all students is our priority. At Prairie View we achieve this success by challenging every student to be their best every day. Our amazing educational staff engages and supports each student to learn and grow. With the support of our staff and families; every child at Prairie View grows their academic skills each and every day.
At Prairie View we have two classes for each grade 1-5, as well as three kindergarten classrooms and two 4-year old kindergarten classes. We also have multiple programs for students with specialized needs. This diversity is what makes Prairie View such a wonderful place.
Prairie View is a school that is growing. In October 2012, we began construction on six additional classrooms at Prairie View. When construction wraps up in the summer of 2013, we will be ready to have three classrooms of each grade K-5 for the 2013-14 school year.
