Beaver Dam Schools hire and retain quality staff members. Our teachers all have a bachelor's degree and are licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. 50% of our teachers also hold a master's degree. We also offer staff development opportunities throughout the school year and summer months to keep teachers up-to-date with the latest in technology and education.
